摘    要:
为进一步拓展限位器优化设计理论的研究思路,更好地发挥冲击隔离与限位的功能,利用有限元软件分析了限位类型对带限位隔振系统冲击特性的影响,对带限位隔振系统进行简化,将隔离器、矩形橡胶片、设备分别模拟为弹簧、矩形橡胶片和质量块;通过改变限位类型,对上侧无限位、下侧无限位、双限位的隔振系统分别建立有限元模型;同时对隔振系统施加冲击载荷,并分析设备的加速度响应和隔离器的相对位移响应;最后得到结论,一定条件下,下侧无限位较上侧无限位和双限位的限位模式的隔振效果更好,进一步证明了,上、下限位间隙不对称以及上下限位器刚度不一致的研究具有一定的意义,有助于隔离限位系统的优化设计。

Abstract:
In order to expand the design of the stopper optimization design theory, to better play the impact of isolation and limit function, The influence of the limit type on the impact characteristics of the limit vibration isolation system is analyzed by finite element software. The vibration isolating system is simplified, the isolator, rectangular rubber sheet, equipment were simulated as spring, rectangular rubber sheet and mass. The finite element model is established on the upper limitless infinite, lower limit and double limit vibration isolation system by changing the limit type. At the same time, the shock load is applied to the vibration isolation system, and the acceleration response of the equipment and the relative displacement response of the isolator are analyzed. Finally, it is concluded that the lower limit is better than upper limit and the double limit. It is further proved that the study of the asymmetry of the upper and lower limit gaps and the inconsistency of the upper and lower limiters has certain significance, which is helpful to the optimal design of the isolation limit system.
