| 摘 要： | 道路限速辅助决策系统，通过对车速和道路、交通、气候等限速要素之间的关系以及各限速要素共同作用时采用的串并行控制关系的分析，并借助于Visual Basic程序设计语言，实现以下功能，即在不同的道路等级条件下，当用户输入限速要素的各种条件及参数时，计算机通过对可选限速要素产生的各个限速值进行平均加权处理，对加权平均下的速度值进行车道宽度修正和有无中央分隔带的修正，最后将其与设计车速进行比较，取小值，并将与该值最接近的整10倍数作为辅助决策限速值。
