| Abstract: | The Land problem has been playing a vital role in the development of our agriculture economy.With the increasingly fast pace of urbanization in our countryside,levying agriculture land is the main channel to enlarge township size.Meanwhile the compensation for land levy stands out.This is closely related to pesants' interest and social stability.Therefore to perfect the system of compensation for land levy becomes important and urgent. |
