FPSO纵骨疲劳寿命分析

摘    要:FPSO(Floating Production Storage and Offloading)长期系泊于定位海域,在服役期内没有进坞维修的可能。而在这个过程中,其船体结构承受不间断的交替变化的载荷,再加上高强度钢的广泛使用,使其疲劳破坏问题更加突出,因此其疲劳设计更为严格。本文以一大型浮式生产储油船为例,选取了典型剖面,采用简化的计算法进行纵骨的疲劳分析,给出了纵骨疲劳寿命计算的基本过程并且对船体结构中几种常见的节点连接方式的纵骨进行了疲劳寿命计算,通过分析比较,发现肘板软趾对疲劳寿命影响很大,从而找出最佳的端部节点连接形式,为工程设计提供依据。

Abstract:FPSO is usually moored and works in a stationary mode during the production life.Docking for inspection and repair is costly and impossible for FPSO.The structure must bear alternate loading continuously.With the adoption of high tensile steels in the hull structure,the fatigue problem becomes more prominent.Based on a simplified check approach,the fatigue in the connections of longitudinals to bulkhead and webframe is checked in selected positions.Through the calculation of the fatigue life with different connection details between the longitudinal stiffener and the transverse bulkhead,the bitter connection details which is helpful to the designer are derived.
