摘    要:阐述了高速公路建设信息化管理的概念和意义,介绍了湖北保宜高速公路信息化管理平台的总体架构与功能特点,具体介绍了征迁管理、资金管理、质量管理等三个子系统的结构组成、功能特点以及应用效果。

Abstract:Existing studies show that the cement stabilized semi-rigid base using recycled: concrete aggregate (RCA) can meet the requirements of the standard specification of the semi-rigid base material aggregate. Hence, It's an effec- tive way to recycle the waste cement concrete pavement slab that using RCA as a cement stabilize semi-rigid base mate- rial. In this paper, the durability performance of cement stabilized semi-rigid base material using recycled concrete ag- gregate with wetting-drying test method to simulate natural environment has been studied. Results show that the optimal cement ratio is 4.5%, and the optimal maintaining period is 21 days.
