单配送中心快递企业共同配送车辆鲁棒调度研究

摘    要:考虑到不确定因素在快递企业共同配送车辆鲁棒调度问题中广泛存在,为了改善快递企业的服务水平,并缓解快递派送中由于不确定因素带来的客户满意度低的现状,采用鲁棒离散理论的相关知识,建立了车辆路段等待时间不确定情形下的单配送中心快递企业共同配送车辆调度的多目标鲁棒优化模型,然后根据转化规则,将鲁棒优化模型转化为确定型优化模型,并采用改进的遗传算法对其进行求解。结果表明,快递企业采用共同配送模式可以有效降低成本,节约时间,而且企业决策者可以根据所考虑的不确定性值G 的大小,选择自己偏好的车辆调度方案。

Abstract:Considering the uncertainties widely existing in vehicle robust scheduling of joint delivery in express enterprises, in order to improve the service level and alleviate the present situation of the low customer satisfaction caused by the uncertainty in express delivery, the robust discrete theory was used to establish multi-objective robust optimization model of joint delivery of single distribution center express enterprises under the uncertain road waiting time of the vehicle. The robust optimization model was transformed into a deterministic optimization model according to the transformation rule, and the improved genetic algorithm was used to solve it. The results show that the express enterprises can reduce the cost and save time effectively by using the joint delivery mode, and the decision makers can choose the vehicle scheduling scheme according to the uncertainty value of G.
