| 摘 要： | 地铁工程概算编制质量对工程投资的影响较大,提高概算编制质量能有效地控制工程投资.此文阐述了熟悉地铁工程投资构成对提高初步设计概算编制质量的重要性,指出地铁工程概算编制中应注意的细节和加强编制过程控制,提出限额法是合理控制投资的有效手段及其在概算编制中的应用.

| Abstract: | The quality of the engineering estimate has great effects on the investment,and it can effectively control the investment by improving the quality of the estimate.This paper expatiates on the importance of familiarity with the investment structure in metro projects to the quality improvement of the estimate,points out the details worth noting in making the estimate,and proposes the limit method as an effective measure to rationally control the investment. |
