| 摘 要： | 介绍了集装箱装卸桥故障维修一例。集装箱装卸桥电梯运营中发现底层错位,通过分析,找到了故障原因。在电气元件损坏的情况下,为应急修复电梯。通过修改S7-200PLC程序使问题得到解决。实践证明该方法行之有效。文中的PLC程序修改的思想适用于多种PLC控制的设备。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a case of emergent repairing for the trouble of the elevator on the container bridge crane.The elevator could not stop at correct position as it runs.After ana-lysis the reason has been found.In order to emergently repair the elevator,a plan of revising the ST-200PLC program has been adopted,which has been proved that it is feasible.The thought of revising the PLC program is suitable to many equipments controlled by the PLC. |
