| P~（53）蛋白在人脑星形胶质细胞瘤中的表达及意义 | |

| 摘 要： | 采用免疫组化法对５０例人脑星形胶质细胞瘤组织中Ｐ５３蛋白的表达，及其与肿瘤临床病理学特征和预后的关系作了分析，结果显示：本组５０例中２２例表达阳性，阳性率占４４％，Ｐ５３蛋白主要分布在细胞核内，正常脑组织Ｐ５３蛋白表达均为阴性，且肿瘤分化程度越差，预后不良者其阳性染色愈强烈，提示Ｐ５３基因及其蛋白与人脑星形胶质细胞瘤的发生、发展密切相关，可做为判定脑肿瘤恶性程度和预后的重要指标。 |

| Abstract: | The appearance of P53 protein was analysed by immunohistochemistry in 50 biopsy specimens of human brain astrocytoglioma.Meanwhile, the relatioship between P53 protein and the clinical pathological character and prognosis of neoplasm was observed. The results showed that positive appearance of P53 protein wasin 22 of 50 cases (positive rate was 44%), and the location of P53 protein was mainly found in nucleus, and for the patient with bad prognosis,the poorer neoplastic cell differentiated,the moreintensive positive dye appeared, but the appearance of P53 protein in normal brain tissue was negative. It was suggested that gene of P53 and P53 protein correlated closely with origin and development of human brain astrocytoglioma, which can be used as an important index of judging the malignant degree and outcome of brain neoplasm. |
