双压共轨系统磁致伸缩式电磁阀的研究

摘    要:
阐明了双压共轨系统的结构组成和工作原理,设计了一种磁致伸缩式电磁阀,建立了电磁阀电磁场的计算模型,计算了控制杆材料对电磁阀磁场分布的影响,并对磁致伸缩式电磁阀进行了试验研究。仿真结果与试验结果证明了控制杆材料的相对磁导率必须小于磁致伸缩材料的磁导率才能将产生的磁场提供给磁致伸缩棒,设计的磁致伸缩式电磁阀具有响应快、输出力大和驱动方便等特点。

Abstract:
The configuration and working principle of dual pressure common rail system(DPCRS) were introduced,the magnetostrictive actuator was designed,the calculated model of actuator's magnetic field was built,the influence of control rod material on magnetic field distribution was calculated,and the experiment of actuator was carried out.The results show that the produced magnet field can be provided for magnetostrictive rod only when the relative permeability of control rod is smaller than that of magnetostrictiv...
