大鼠嗅球向脑干的直接投射——高速放射自显影神经追踪法

摘    要:本文用高速放射自显影神经追踪方法研究了大鼠嗅球向脑干的直接投射。15例大鼠实验结果证明,嗅球投射到脑干上行传导路核团有14个,投射到脑干下行传导路核团有7个,投射到脑干网状结构核团有18个。主要有三叉神经脊髓束核,孤束核,上橄榄核,上丘灰质,迷走神经背核,舌下神经核,中脑中央灰质,巨细胞网状核,小细胞网状核,咀侧脑桥网状核及尾侧脑桥网状核。阳性标记以注射侧为多。

Abstract:Direct projection from the olfactory bulbto the brain stem in the rat were studiedby a high-speed autoradio-graphic nervetracing method.Experimental results in 15rats showed that 14 nuclei of the ascendingpathway,7 nuclei of the descending pathwayand 18 nuclei of the reticular formation inthe brain stem recerved the direct projectionfrom the olfactory bulb.they are mainlynuclei of the trigenminal tract.The solito-rius.The olivaris superior and the colliculussuperior;dorsal nuceus of vagus,nucleusof hypoglossus.Centual gray metter of themiddle brain,Nucleus reticularis giganio-cellularis,nucleus parvo-cellularis andnuclei reticularis pontis oralis and caudalis.The positive labellings of nuclei were loca-ted mostly on the ipsilateral side.
