摘    要:为了研究全自动驾驶线路车辆基地安防系统的设计需求与智慧化安防系统的设计方案,以成都轨道交通 9 号线武青车辆基地的安防系统设计为例,对武青车辆基地全自动驾驶区与有人驾驶区的边界、全段区周界及段 内关键防控点,依据风险特点及智慧化感知需求进行精细化安防措施设计,通过场景图与设备状态及报警信息的 可视化、视频分析与异常事件监测的智能化、风险应对策略的自主化,实现安防平台的智慧化,辅以维保功能的 深入检测、专家系统及资产管理实现智慧运维,从面向用户的功能需求与面向运维的维保需求角度实现较为全面 智慧化的安防系统设计,做到有人和无人作业相互干扰的风险规避,满足全自动驾驶车辆基地运行效率的需求, 并达到减员增效的目的。

Abstract:To study the design characteristics and intelligent innovation of the security system of the vehicle base of the fully automatic driving line, this study takes the security system design of the Wuqing depot of Chengdu rail transit line 9 as an example. Refined security measures for the boundary between the fully automatic and manned driving areas are designed, in addition to the perimeter of the entire depot and key prevention and control points in the depot according to the risk characteristics and intelligent perception requirements. Based on a scene map visualization, the equipment status, and alarm information, the intellectualization of video analyses and abnormal event monitoring, and the autonomy of a risk response strategy, the security platform is intellectualized, which is supplemented by in-depth maintenance function detection, an expert system, and asset management to realize intelligent operation and maintenance. From the different perspectives of user-oriented function and maintenance requirements, a more comprehensive and intelligent security system is realized to avoid the risk of mutual interference between manned and unmanned operations, satisfy the demand efficiency of a fully automatic driving vehicle base, and ultimately reduce staff and increase efficiency.
