北京轨道交通平谷线快慢线 规划设计研究

摘    要:随着经济、产业和人口向城市群和都市圈不断聚集,市域(郊)铁路呈快速发展趋势。以北京轨道交通平谷 线快慢线规划设计为例,结合线路长度和沿线设站条件,推荐不同的线路区段设置不同的速度目标值。统筹考虑 客流特征、乘客乘车便捷、运营管理便利等因素,远期推荐采用 3 交路方案。依据高峰小时各站乘降量、车站功 能定位、主要换乘站、规划时间目标等因素确定快线停靠站点。平谷线客流具有较大的潮汐现象,建议其早高峰 上下行组织不对称发车。结合规划时间目标和配线方案,远期计划早高峰开行 4 对快车。

Abstract:With the continues development of commercial, industrial, and residential zones in urban and metropolitan areas, suburban railways are being developing rapidly. Taking the planning and design of the express/slow lines of the Beijing Rail Transit PINGGU Line as an example, setting different speed target values is recommended for different line sections in combination with the length of the line and station conditions along the line. By fully considering factors such as passenger flow characteristics, passenger convenience, and convenient operations management, adopting a three-routing scheme is recommended in the long-term. The express line stops are determined based on factors such as the boarding and alighting scale of each station during peak hours, functional orientation of the stations, main transfer stations, and planning time targets. The passenger flow of the PINGGU line has an obvious tidal phenomenon; thus, the asymmetrical departures should be organized in an up-and-down direction during the morning peak. Combined with the planning time target and auxiliary line scheme, four pairs of express trains during the morning peak should be operated for the long term.
