输油管线连接结构性能实验研究

摘    要:
对输油管线连接结构的性能进行了实验,发现采用普通连接器连接管线时,管子极限承载能力与抗弯能力此普通连接器强;穿越连接器的承载与抗弯能力比管线的强;对于承插式连接管线的抗弯、抗拉性能都优于普通连接器、穿越连接器连接的管线,但其穿越水域时受到的作用力也比其他连接方式的管线大,必须通过计算分析比较才能确定承插式与穿越连接器连接管线穿越水域的适应能力。

Abstract:
The concatenate structures capability of petroleum pipeline were experimented.The conclusion are these:when pipeline are linked by common linker,the margin loading capability and resisting bend capability of pipeline are bigger than common linker,the margin loading capability and resisting bend capability of through linker bigger than pipeline,the margin loading capability and resisting bend capability of the insert linker are better than these of the common linker,but when they across water area,the function are bigger than other linking mode.
