旧水泥混凝土路面脱空板灌浆处理分析探讨

该文结合广东某高速公路旧水泥混凝土路面改造工程,对旧水泥混凝土路面板底脱空的灌浆技术进行了分析研究,提出了脱空板的确定方法,进行了灌浆材料的配合比试验与材料的线膨胀系数及7d抗压强度测试,提出了灌浆工艺流程、施工质量控制要点与灌浆质量的检测方法。为今后旧水泥混凝土路面脱空板灌浆的处理维修,以及加铺沥青路面罩面工程提供参考。
