| Abstract: | In the design of Ro-Ro berths, its’ throughput capacities are mainly calculated with the formula specified in the related code, and the selection of parameter values will affect the above calculation results directly. In general, there are a certain differences between the calculated result and the actual throughput capacity. By applying more appropriate design parameters in initial design, the calculation results of the throughput of Ro-Ro berths will be more in line with real operation. Based on the investigation and statistics of the capacities of Ro-Ro berths in Liaoning Province, the influencing factors are analyzed. In addition, the throughput capacities of the above Ro-Ro berths are calculated and revised according to the actual situation. |
