Abstract:
The distribution coefficient of horizontal force acting on four-bent piled frame berth is studied by using Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional, especially the change rules for the impact of different bents,elevations and bent spacing on horizontal force distribution coefficient. The results show that the piled frame berth structure is of better overall bearing performance and there is great change in the elevation of the point which the horizontal force acts on. Thus the distribution coefficient of horizontal force acting on four-bent piled frame berth cannot be calculated and selected according to Appendix-F specified in Code for Design of Berth Structure(JTS 167-2018). The above research results are used to verify the applicability of the Code to a certain extent. In addition, some suggestions are put forward for the selection of horizontal force distribution coefficient in the calculation of plane bents of piled frame berth, which will serve as a reference for similar projects.
