摘    要:针对应用于电力机车的分布式状态监测与故障诊断系统,提出了一种基于CAN总线的网络化在线故障诊断设计方案,对CAN总线通信网卡的软硬件进行设计开发,采用内嵌CAN控制器的C8051F045单片机作为硬件开发平台,设计了面向铁路专用的CAN总线应用层协议标准。该系统具有集成度高、性能稳定、实时性好,且扩展性强等特点。设计的CAN网络通信系统通过了试验测试,并应用于实际的项目中,运行结果证明了开发的CAN总线具有较高可靠性、实时性和抗干扰性。

Abstract:The new design of CAN bus is proposed for electrical locomotive distributed online fault detection and diagnosis system.The hardware and software are introduced in detail.The network communication system using the MCU C8051F045 embedded in CAN controller as hardware platform.And the application layer protocol standard based on CAN bus special for locomotive is developed,which achieves the characteristics of simple hardware circuit,high integration,steady performance,good real-time performance,excellent expansibility and so on.The operation results show CAN bus network has better reliability,real-time performance and well noise immunity capacity.
