Main Stem Port Leading Model Based on Minimum Carriage of Container Multimodal Transport

It begins with the fundamental theories concerning containers,multi-model transport and corridor of multi-model transport by container,it introduces the present conditions and problems of corridor of multi-model transport by container in the Pearl River Delta of China.Based on the above analysis,an integrated planning of depots involving in the multi-model container transport is conducted using the subject function c-clustering method which is taken into consideration various means of transport.In the meantime,suggestions and advice are advanced on the further improvement and development of corridor of multi-model transport by container in Southeast of China.
