摘    要:为解决大直径盾构刀盘受力不均问题,分析软硬不均地层刀盘受力模型,提出大直径盾构刀盘设计改进方案。采用增加辅助支撑轮的方法,使大直径盾构刀盘由悬臂状态改为简支状态。通过有限元模拟分析对比改进前后的刀盘受力情况,刀盘增加辅助支撑轮后受力效果得到明显改善。

Abstract:In heterogeneous ground, the cutterhead of large-diameter shield is subject to unbalanced force. In the paper, the unbalanced force on the cutterhead of large-diameter shield in heterogeneous ground is analyzed and the optimized design of the cutterhead of large-diameter shield is proposed. Ancillary supporting wheels are added to the cutterhead to transfer the cutterhead under cantilever state to that under simple support state. Comparison and contrast is made between the cutterhead before optimization and that after optimization by means of finite element analysis, which proves that the force conditions of cutterhead with supporting wheels added have been greatly improved.
