暗挖地铁区间穿越城市大型立交桥桥区风险工程设计优化研究

摘    要:暗挖地铁区间穿越城市大型立交桥桥区的风险工程设计应在保证桥梁安全的前提下尽可能地节约造价和工期,并具备良好的可实施性。以北京地铁某区间穿越城市大型立交桥桥区风险工程保护设计为例,针对暗挖区间穿越桥梁桩基、扩大基础和挡墙等不同的桥基和结构形式,采用数值模拟计算、桥桩承载力分析和挡墙加固计算分析等方法和手段,开展系统详尽的设计,然后交付施工,施工过程中积累数据并逐个分析,将分析成果统计归类总结,再反馈给设计进行优化,充分落实了信息化施工和设计的理念,实现了在确保桥梁运营安全的同时控制投资的目的。

Abstract:In the design of the risky works of mined running tunnel crossing underneath large scale interchange in urban areas, the construction cost should be minimized and the construction period should be shortened as far as possible and the construction should be executed easily under the condition that the safety of the interchange is guaranteed. A running tunnel of Beijing Metro crosses underneath the pile foundations, enlarged foundations and retaining walls of a large scale interchange in urban area. The risky works of the running tunnel is designed systematically and in detail by means of numerical simulation, analysis on the load bearing capacity of the bridge piles and analysis on reinforcement of the retaining walls. The design result is handed over for construction execution. During the construction, relevant data is accumulated and analyzed, and the analysis result is fed back to the design so as to optimize the design. In this way, the concept of information aided construction and design has been fully executed and the investment of the works has been well controlled under the condition that the safety of the interchange is guaranteed.
