DB SF-6101涂覆电性能研究

摘    要:介绍了三防涂料DB SF-6101配制方法和涂覆工艺.经湿热、盐雾、霉菌环境试验,测量的涂覆DB SF-6101印制电路板绝缘、耐压和特性阻抗数据表明,该涂料具有很强的防护作用,能保持电路板良好的电性能.分析研究了三防涂层与电路板电性能的关系,提出了提高性能指标的方法.

Abstract:The confecting method and painting technique of the dope are introduced. Thanks to the strong protection of the dope named DB SF-6101, circuit can maintain good performance in insulation, pressure-resistance and characteristic impedance. In this paper, analysis is made on the relations between the painting parts and electric performance as well as the methods for improving the performance.
