声纳系统测试性设计

摘    要:随着计算机和信号处理等技术的日益发展,声纳系统日益复杂,测试性技术越来越受到重视和发展。测试性要求和指标已经独立与可靠性、维修型、保障性和安全性一起列入声纳系统研制要求,并要求从系统设计之初就开展测试性设计。论文给出一些声纳系统测试性的设计思路,原则和方法。通过不断引入机内测试设备(BIT)、自动测试设备(ATE)、综合诊断、故障预测与健康管理(PHM)等新技术的理论和方法,测试性设计必将进一步提高声纳系统战备完好性,降低维修保障费用。

Abstract:With the development of computer signal processing techniques and the sonar system,the testability technology becomes more and more important.The demand and target of the testability technology have been classified independetly as sonar system together with reliability,maintainability,supportability and safety are included in manufacturing.The testability is demanded at the beginning of the system design.Some principles and methods are offered in the design of testability.With these theory and methods of built-in test(BIT),automatic test equipment(ATE),integrated diagnostic and prognostics and health management(PHM)techniques are introduced continually,the design for testability in sonar system can enhance the integration of war-prepared,and reduce the expense on maintenance and support.
