鸡口山岩溶隧道处治方法适用性模拟对比分析

摘    要:结合鸡口山隧道工程,针对该溶洞隧道分别采用开挖回填法、超前注浆法和超前管棚支护法3种方法施工时,采用数值模拟分析对围岩变形情况进行了研究分析。研究结果表明:采用超前注浆法开挖时隧道围岩的变形最小,开挖回填法次之,超前管棚支护法最大,超前注浆法控制围岩变形的效果优于开挖回填法和管棚支护法。说明在开挖过程中,超前注浆法使开挖范围内的围岩稳定性得到了加强,有效地减小了溶洞对隧道围岩变形的影响,因此在鸡口山隧道中采用超前注浆法施工比较适宜。

Abstract:Karst caves are encountered in the construction of Jikoushan tunnel. The deformation of the surrounding rock of Jikoushan tunnel under 3 karst cave treatment methods, i.e., excavation and backfilling method, advance grouting method and advance pipe roof support method, is studied and analyzed by means of numerical simulation. The study results show that the deformation of the surrounding rock under advance grouting method is less than that under the excavation and backfilling method, and the deformation of the surrounding rock under the advance pipe roof support method is the largest. The advance grouting method is superior to the excavation and backfilling method and the advance pipe roof support method in terms of control of deformation of surrounding rocks. It proves that it is appropriate to adopt advance grouting method in construction of Jikoushan tunnel.
