| 摘 要： | 欧式导槽密封条因为可以在顶条增加金属亮条,在车身侧围与水切,后侧窗等匹配形成一圈高亮黑或者铝哑光的装饰效果,提高整车档次,同时与车门匹配增加半道密封,又可以提高整车NVH,因此近年来得以广泛应用。但其多层的功能也导致跟周边零件匹配关系更为复杂,匹配的间隙段差问题也更多。本文主要结合公司工艺,成本和实际匹配效果进行对比研究导槽密封条不同定位方式优缺点,最终得出一种最能满足我司现状的平台化定位结构。

| Abstract: | European style weathersrip is widely used in recent years as articles can be add sequins at the top,form a circle highlight matte black or aluminum decorative effect with sealing strip in body side,and improve the grade of the vehicle;at the same time increasing seal matching with the door can improve the vehicle harshness(NVH).But its layers of function have also led to more complex relations with the surrounding parts matching.This article mainly contrasts the different ways of positioning structure from the company process,cost and the actual effect of matching,and finally concludes a platform positioning structure that can most satisfy our existing process. |
