单片机技术在弹库环境监控中的应用

摘    要:弹库环境监控系统包括上位机监控软件编制和下位机环境监控设备控制器的设计.上位机软件基于组态王平台进行二次开发,下位机控制器运用单片机技术完成对排风机、空调、除湿机、水泵等环境设备的监控.通讯方式选择Modbus RTU模式,传输介质选择光缆,保证传输信号稳定安全可靠,可实现弹库环境7×24小时不间断监控,保证导弹始终处于良好储存环境.

Abstract:The missile warehouse environment monitoring design includes PC monitoring software and the controller design of environment monitoring equipn4ents. PC software is based on kingview for secondary development. The controller can complete the exhaust fan, air conditioning, dryer and water pumps and other environmental equipments monitoring by means of single chip. The system communicates by Modbus RTU mode, using optical fiber as transmission medium to ensure transmission signal stability safe, reliable, and can realize continuous monitoring for the missile warehouse in 7~24 hours, ensure missile to be always in good storage.
