摘    要:舰船研制过程中的重量重心控制是关系舰船在全寿期内能否保持舰船基本生存能力特性(稳性、不沉性)的重要问题。介绍了国内外舰船设计过程中排水量极限和重心高极限、排水量及重心高储备设计、各阶段重量重心计算细致度、减重优化设计等控制方法,通过分析舰船建造和使用中的重量重心控制现状和控制方法,提出了水面舰船研制中建立完整的重量重心控制体系,在总体顶层、系统设计、建造、管理等方面的重量重心控制措施和储备设计方法。

Abstract:In the course of ship design,the weight and the maximum center of gravity above the bottom of keel(KG)control is an important issue which matters whether the ship can keep its basic survivability characteristics in the whole service life,such as unsinkability and stability.In this paper the control meth ods of displacement and KG limits,the design allowance and the calculation accuracy of weight and KG at each stage of design,and measures of weight reduction in ship design,construction and service life are an alyzed.The paper proposes that an integral control system of the weight and KG should be established in China’s ship development,and presents the weight and KG control measures and allowance design meth ods in top-level design,system design,construction,management and other aspects.
