潜在型克山病患者柯萨奇B组病毒抗体和红细胞免疫功能的检测

探讨潜在型克山病患者柯萨奇 B组病毒 ( Coxsackie virus B,CVB)感染情况和红细胞免疫功能变化。方法　采用间接酶联免疫吸附法 ( ELISA)对陕西省黄陵县克山病病区潜在型克山病患者 CVB1～ 6Ig M,CVB1～ 6Ig G以及红细胞免疫功能进行检测。结果　 1潜在型克山病组血清 CVB1～ 6Ig M抗体阳性率明显高于非病区健康对照组 ,但明显低于病毒性心肌炎组。2潜在型克山病组血清 CVB1～ 6Ig G抗体阳性率明显高于非病区健康对照组 ,但与病毒性心肌炎组无明显差异。 3潜在型克山病组红细胞 C3 b R花环率明显低于非病区健康对照组 ,血清红细胞免疫粘附抑制率则明显升高 ,而血清红细胞免疫粘附促进率两组之间无明显差异。结论　潜在型克山病患者有 CVB感染存在及红细胞免疫功能低下

Detection of Coxsackie virus B antibodies and red blood cell immune function of the latent Keshan disease

Objective To study the infection of Coxsackie virus B and the change of red blood cell(RBC) immune function of the latent Keshan disease patients.Methods The latent Keshan disease patients of Huangling county of Shaanxi province were investigated, and the enzyme linked immunoassay (ELISA) was used to detect CVB1~6IgM and CVB1~6IgG in the sera of the patients, and the RBC immune function was analysed.Results ①The CVB1 6IgM antibody positive rate in latent Keshan disease patients was significantly higher than that of control group from non endemic area, but significantly lower than that of myocarditis group.②The CVB1~6IgG antibody positive rate in latent Keshan disease patients was significantly higher than that of control group,but no significant difference compared to myocarditis group.③There were significantly less rosette forming rates of C 3bR in the patients compared to the control group, and the rosette forming inhibitory rates of serum erythrocyte immune adherence were significantly higher than that of the control group,but there were no difference of the rosette forming promative rates of serum erythrocyte immune adherence between the two groups.Conclusion The infection of CVB exists in endemic area of latent Keshan disease, and the RBC immune function is less in the patients.
