| 摘 要： | 通过比较采购联盟形成前后的相关总成本的大小，分析联盟形成的动力。并且针对不同的运输政策和存储政策，对联盟形成动力进行了比较分析，得到了一些结论。最后探索性的提出更加复杂情况下的采购联盟形成动力研究方向，指出我国将出现更多跨区域的多环节合作的采购联盟。

| Abstract: | By comparing the related total cost before and after the purchasing consortia formation, the impetus of formation is analyzed. Moreover, based on different transportation and storage policies, the formation impetus is studied in detail and some conclusions are arrived at. Finally the research and development trend of purchasing consortia formation impetus is presented under more complicated conditions, and purchasing consortia in more cross-zones and multi-segment will occur in China. |
