| 摘 要： | 通过奥地利AVL公司的气道开发流程与我国现行气道开发流程对比可见，AVL公司的开发周期基本上用于发前，且对常规结构气道可不经模型制作，直接用CAD数据制作型芯进行试制，详细地介绍了AVL公司现代气道开发流程，气道试验技术，缸盖涡流调整，气道CAD／CAM及气道评价水平。

| Abstract: | It is shown by comparison of engine air port developing process by AVL Company in Austria and current engine air port developing process in our country, the developing cycle in AVL Company is basically used in pre - developing period, using directly CAD data to make the pattern core without model - making for normal structure air ports. This paper describes in detail the AVL Company developing process of modern engine air ports, the testing technologies of air ports, the eddy current adjustment in cylinder head, CAD/CAM for the air ports and the evaluation methods for air ports. |
