摘 要: | 为解决车下设备箱在生产过程中需耗费大量工时进行焊接矫形的问题,提出一种基于铆接结构车下设备箱的设计,并通过有限元仿真计算进行验证,为城市轨道交通车下设备箱的研发提供一种设计新思路。

Abstract: | In order to solve the problem that module box under vehicle floor needs a lot of working hours to be welded and structured in the manufacturing process, this paper proposes and verifies a design of module box under vehicle floor based on riveted structure by finite element simulation calculation, providing a new design idea for the research and development of module box under vehicle floor of urban rail transit. |
