摘    要:首先介绍100%低地板现代有轨电车车体的结构和材质,并对底架、侧墙、车顶及端墙4大部件在设计、生产、制造过程中的设计方案改进和技术难点突破进行详细阐述和说明;然后通过三维建模及有限元分析法在各工况下对车体强度进行分析计算;最后通过车体强度试验进行验证,结果证明此车体结构设计能够满足低地板现代有轨电车的运营需求。

Abstract:Firstly, this paper introduces the car body structure and material of 100% low floor modern tram, and elaborates and explaines in detail the improvement of design scheme and breakthrough of technical difficulties in the process of design, production and manufacturing of four major parts of underframe, side wall, roof and end wall. Secondly it analyzes and calculates the strength of car body under various working conditions through three-dimensional modeling and finite element analysis. Thirdly it carries out validation with the car body strength tests, and the results show that the structure design of car body meets the operation requirements of low floor modern tram.
