摘    要:首先介绍现有中低速磁浮列车制动夹钳的结构,然后针对夹钳结构存在的回位弹簧过压缩、闸片偏磨、防尘罩相互挤压等问题进行分析,并提出优化方案。

Abstract:This paper first introduces the structure of the existing brake clamp of the medium and low speed maglev train,then analyzes the existing problems such as over compression of return spring,unbalanced wear of brake disc and squash of dust covers,and puts forward the corresponding optimization scheme,basically solving the problem of the brake clamp that has been installed and operated at present.
