轮轨润滑技术及应用分析

摘    要:近年来,中国铁路快速发展,中国高速铁路运营里程位居世界榜首。随着铁路里程的不断增加、列车运行速度的不断提高,机车轮缘及线路钢轨磨损呈急剧上升趋势,严重影响铁路运营安全。文章通过对轮轨润滑技术及其装置的分析,结合现场钢轨润滑技术使用效果,对比其经济效益,说明采用固体润滑方式能够更有效地降低机车车轮轮缘磨损,提高列车行驶速度和载重能力,提高经济效益。

Abstract:In recent years,with the rapid development of China railways,the route mileage of China's high-speed railway ranks the first in the world.With the continuous increase of railway mileage and train running speed,the wear of locomotive rims and track rails shows a sharp upward trend,which seriously affects the railway safety operation.Through the analysis of wheel rail lubrication technology and its device,based on the application effect of on-site rail lubrication technology,and compared with its economic benefits,the paper shows that the solid lubrication method effectively reduces the locomotive wheel flange wear,improves the running speed and load capacity of train,and improves the cost effectiveness.
