摘    要:在分析目前软开关电路以及谐振缓冲器的发展现状基础上,给出了一种带有谐振缓冲器的逆变器实现方案。该逆变器具有单相换相、逆变器主开关管工作在ZVS零电压开关以及辅开关管工作在ZCS零电流开关环境下的特点。定量分析了该谐振缓冲器的工作原理以及控制策略。仿真及实验结果证明了该电路拓扑及控制方案的可行性。文章还给出了主开关管工作在开关频率为50 kHz时的各种波形及实验数据

Abstract:By analysing the status quo of the soft switch circuit and resonant snubber,the paper presents an inverter with resonant snubber. The inverter features single phase commutation,main switch IGBT working under zero voltage condition and auxiliary switch working under zero current condition. Quantative analysis is made on the working principle and control strategy of the resonant snubber. Simulation and test results indicate the feasibility of the topology and control scheme of the circuit. Waveforms and test data of the main switch IGBT working under 50 kHz switching frequency are proposed.
