花管注浆技术在加固既有铁路软土路基中的应用

摘    要:在不影响行车的情况下,采用花管注浆技术加固既有铁路路基,能有效治理地基软弱沉陷、路堤填方沉降开裂变形、路基基床翻浆冒泥等路基病害。介绍了花管注浆技术、注浆加固路基的机理和钢花管注浆的施工工艺。通过工程实例,说明在铁路提速改造工程中采用钢花管注浆技术加固既有铁路软土路基是可行的。

Application of Perforated Pipe Grouting Technology in Soft Subgrade Reinforcement for Existing Railway

Abstract:On the condition of not affecting train operation,perforated pipe grouting technology is used to reinforce the existing railway subgrade,which can effectively govern subgrade failures,such as soft subgrade settlement,embankment settlement and cracking,and mud-pumping.The technology of perforated pipe grouting,the mechanism of subgrade reinforcement by grouting,and the process of perforated steel pipe grouting are introduced.Through engineering practice,the perforated steel pipe grouting used for soft subgrade reinforcement is proved to be feasible in railway speed-raising and improvement project.
