摘 要: | 基于冲击碾压技术具有良好压实性能的特点,提出了该技术在细粒土路基填筑中的应用方法及关键技术。确定了填料选择、分层厚度、冲压方法及遍数等技术参数,施工方法及施工工艺;改进了质量检测手段。结果表明,细粒土路基采用冲击碾压技术后的压实度等各项技术指标均满足规范要求,且缩短了工期,降低了成本。

Abstract: | Based on the impact rolling technology having good compaction performance,this paper proposes application method and key technology when it is used in fine-grained soil subgrade.The technical parameters such as filler selection,thickness of layers,stamping method and times as well as construction method and process are determined;and the quality inspection is improved.The results show that the fined-grained soil subgrade using this technology has satisfied the compactness and other technical indexes,shortened construction period,and reduced cost. |
