水平旋喷桩在风积沙隧道预支护施工中的应用

以榆神高速公路神木一号隧道工程为背景，介绍施工中解决开挖时漏沙以及支护完成后的变形控制，采用水平旋喷桩对风积沙层进行预加固的施工技术，包括加固机理、注浆参数、施工工艺及注意事项等；试验和监控量测数据表明水平旋喷桩能保持风积沙层在隧道开挖后的稳定，有效地防止了漏沙，保证了隧道安全快速地施工，并指出水平旋喷桩需要进一步完善和改进的地方。

Application of Horizontal Rotary Jet Grouting Pile in Pre-support Construction of Aeolian Sand Tunnel

Based on the project of Shenmu No.1 Tunnel of Yuyang-Shenmu Highway,the paper introduces the resolution to sand leakage in excavation and deformation control after support construction.The construction technologies of using horizontal rotary jet grouting pile for pre-reinforcement of aeolian sand layer contains reinforcing mechanism,grouting parameters,construction process and precautions.Combined with tests and monitoring,the measured data show that horizontal rotary jet grouting pile can keep the stability of aeolian sand layer when tunnel starts to be excavated and prevent sank leakage effectively so that safe and fast construction of the tunnel could be guaranteed.In addition,any further required improvement of horizontal rotary jet grouting pile is indicated.
