| Abstract: | The article points out several questions about the safety of the small fishing boat currently.The reason of close-quarter situation some problem on encounter between vessels and fishing boat is analyzed.It puts forward some measures for the fishing boats to prevent collisions and decrease the boat accident rate,thus improving the safety and management level of the fining boat. |
