摘 要: | 四川省洪洲公路大桥的主跨是100m的中承式集束钢管混凝土拱桥,拱高25m拱圈由两肋组成,每肋由三根变截面圆钢管构成,采取拱肋高空作业吊装拼装方案。本文对吊装方案作了检算,详述了吊装拼装的施工方法,并对吊装的定位控制和拱肋的线型控制等技术作了介绍。

Abstract: | The main span of the Hongzhou highway major
bridge in Sichuan Province is a half-through composite steel tube concrete arch bridge
with a length of 100 m and a height of 25 m.The arch circle consists of two ribs.Each rib
was constructed by three circular steel tubes with variable cross-sections.The arch ribs
were assembled by hoisting and fabricated in high-altitude.The paper makes calculation and
check for the hoisting scheme,describes the construction method in detail,and introduces
the techniques for its position control and the curvature control of the arch ribs. |
