自动检测系统非线性误差的神经网络校正方法

摘    要:在自动检测系统中,由于传感器、放大器、A/D转换电路等存在非线性误差,使得检测系统存在非线性误差.非线性误差是系统误差,属于静态误差.为减少检测系统的测量误差,在自动检测系统中需要对非线性误差进行校正.讨论了一种采用FLANN神经网络进行非线性误差的校正方法.这种方法比采用整段校正、平方插值校正等方法具有更好的性能.

Abstract:Because of the non-linear error existed in the sensors, amplifiers and A/D switching circuits, the automatic detection systems take on non-linear error in automatic detection systems. The non-linear error is the system error which belongs to the static error. In order to reduce the measuring error of automatic detection systems,it is needed to adjust the non-linear error for automatic detection systems. A nerve network method for adjusting non-linear error of automatic detection systems is probed in this paper,which has better performance than other methods such as entire section adjustment, square interpolation adjustment and so on.
