大型风力发电机组塔架的模态分析及稳定性分析

摘    要:以某大型风力发电机组为工程背景,利用大型分析软件ANSYS建立塔架的有限元模型,进行模态分析,确定塔架动力特性,为该风力发电机组的安全运行和后续的动力分析提供依据;采用比较严格、完善的德国钢结构规范DIN18800对塔架这种高耸薄壁结构进行了稳定性分析,分析中考虑了结构的初始缺陷(几何缺陷和结构缺陷)等影响因素,结果表明塔架不满足DIN18800规范要求,原塔架设计需进一步修改、完善.

Abstract:Taking the large wind turbine as engineering background,the model of the tower was established and the modal analysis was carried out by ANSYS software.The dynamic characteristic of the tower,which can offer basis for the safty service and subsequent dynamic analysis of the wind turbine,was determined.By making use of the strict and mature Deutsche Norm DIN18800,the buckling of the thin-walled and high-rise tower was analyzed.During the analysis process,the initial defects of the structure was considered.Th...
