70型离子交换纯水器树脂再生方法的探讨

摘    要:离子交换树脂常规再生方法一般是将阴树脂用(碱)氢氧化钠处理,阳树脂用(酸)盐酸处理,多采用静态再生方法。而笔者介绍了离子交换树脂改进的再生方法,是采用动态再生方法,将阴树脂先用(酸)盐酸处理,除去表面大量的杂质后,再用(碱)氢氧化钠来转型处理,从而增大了阴树脂的交换表面及交换能力,对水质的纯度和产水量都有很大提高,比一般再生方法优越。

Abstract:Common method of ion\|exchange resin regeneration is to process anion exchange resin with alkali(NaOH solution) while cation exchange resin with acid (HCl solution). Most of them are static. This paper introduces an improved method of ion\|exchang resin regeneration which is a dynamic one. For example of anion exchange resin, first process it with acid so as to eliminate great amount of impurities on the surface of the resin. Then process it with alkali for a conversion. On the contrary to the ion\|exchange resin, the superiority of this method can be embodied in its improvement of the regenerated resins capacity to exchange ion and subsequentially the purity and productivity of processed water.
