摘    要:本文以16V240ZJD型机车柴油机活塞环顶环为研究对象,运用有限元分析ANSYS软件建立活塞环三维几何模型。采用该模型对活塞环在最大气体爆发压力工况下进行了三维热机耦合有限元计算。分析了活塞环的应力,抗弯强度以及变形情况,并分析比较了热载荷和弹力作用对活塞环应力的贡献。得出的结论是弹力作用对活塞环应力贡献最大,热载荷作用不可忽视,防止热变形使开口咬合。为改进活塞环的结构设计和提高其工作可靠性提供了理论依据。

Abstract:This paper based on 16V240ZJD type locomotive engine piston rings establishes a 3D geometric model by using finite element analysis software ANSYS. Using the model a 3D thermo- elastic coupling finite element analysis is carried out under the load case of the maximum gas force. The stress, bending strength and deformation of the piston ring are calculated. The contributions of the thermal load and the elastic stress are compared. The conclusion is that the contributions of the piston ring elastic stress is greater, while thermal load can not be overlooked to prevent thermal deformation from making openings occlusion. All these calculations can provide support for design and reliability of the piston ring.
