载重子午胎胎圈轮辋接触有限元分析

摘    要:以11.00R20轮胎为原型,针对特定的断面轮廓形状和帘线结构建立了轮胎结构计算的有限元模型,形成了从过盈、装配、充气、静负荷4个工况下轮胎结构的求解策略,并对有限元计算结构进行必要的考评。同时运用帘线轴力、M ises应力、剪切应变、应变比能4个力学量对胎圈部的危险区域进行了精细分析。

Abstract:Finite element analysis for 11.00R20 radial heavy duty tire with certain cross-section geometry and belt construction was conducted from the cases of shrink,assembly,inflation and static loading.The process of tire ground under static contact was simulated.Then the hazard zone of tire/rim contact area with axial force of cord,Mises stress,shearing strain and strain energy potential were analyzed.
