多功能双轴激振器激振模式的研究

摘    要:在现有振动压路机激振器研究的基础上,结合电液控制技术,开发出一种新型的多功能双轴激振器,可实现5种激振模式。通过介绍多功能振动压路机双轴激振器的基本结构和原理,逐个分析了各种激振模式的实现及其功能特点。这种多功能双轴激振器对振动压路机的功能集成化和中国压路机的发展研究均有重要的参考与实际应用价值。

Abstract:Based on the existing vibration exciters of vibratory rollers, and combining the electro-hydraulic control technology, a new type of multifunctional biaxial vibration exciter which can realize five excitation modes is developed. In terms of the introduction of basic structure and fundamental of the exciter, the realization and functions of excitation modes are analyzed respectively. The multifunctional biaxial exciter is of greate reference to functional integration of vibratory roller and its development in China.
