摘    要:
介绍了内燃机车辅助变流器硬件平台的原理框架以及基于MODBUS_RTU标准的RS485数据通信和变频控制。针对通信链路干扰和突投电机对供电系统产生冲击等问题给出了优化设计方案,消除了通信链路干扰;应用变频变压供电方案;减小恒频恒压供电时突投电机对供电系统的冲击。实验证明该内燃机车辅助变流器的输出特性良好。

Abstract:
It introduces the principle frame of diesel locomotive ACU hardware platform, and describes RS485 data communications Standards based on MODBUS_RTU and a variable-frequency control. Aiming to the problems such as the communication link interference and the impact of instantaneous start motor on power supply system, an optimal design was performed to eliminate such interference, and a variable-frequency variable-voltage scheme was applied to reduce the impact of constant-frequency constant-voltage on the system. The test results prove that the diesel locomotive auxiliary converter with the proposed scheme has good output characteristics.
