| 摘 要： | 针对二极管中点箝位（NPC）三电平逆变器低感设计要求，分析了逆变器主电路强迫换流模式，介绍了低感母排布置原理及三种低感母排布置方案，仿真比较分析了各布置方案的优缺点以获得降低寄生电感的优化方案。

| Abstract: | Based on the design requirements of low inductance for diode neutral point clamped（NPC） inverter, it analyzed forced commutation operation modes of the inverter＇s main circuit, described a layout theory of low inductance laminated bus bar and presented 3 layout schemes. In order to access the optimum design, the merits and demerits of the schemes were compared and analyzed by simulation. |
