| 摘 要： | 以计算机网络为基础的公路收费与监控系统，不仅能最大限度地防止手工收费系统存在的许多弊端，而且能大幅度地提高普通公路收费过程和财务管理的自动化程度，提高工作效率和服务质量，为管理决策提供有力支持。因此，对公路监控和收费系统的组成，以及各个子系统的主要功能加以介绍，有助于其推广应用。

| Abstract: | The electrical toll collection and surveillance system of high grade highway based on computer network can not only avoid many malpractice in manual charge system, but also improve the automaticity degree of common highway charging process and financial administration, also it can improve the work efficiency and service quality with offering decision. Therefore, the introduction for the buildup of toll collection and surveillance system of highway and its subsystems, is helpful the popularization of this system. |
