| 摘 要： | 在港口的经营计划中,吞吐量计划是其他计划编制的基础.文中提出了在港口吞吐量预测中运用趋势预测技术,采用正交函数系作最小二乘拟合建立数学模型,然后应用Spreadsheet建模和求解,得到一条三次拟合趋势曲线,并用实例证明了该方法的有效性.

| Abstract: | Throughput plan is the consitutive basis of other port plans in the operation of a port. In this article, Trend forecasting technology is employed for the throughput forecast, which obtains a cubic fitting curve by establishing a mathematical model using least square fitting with orthogonal function and implements the model using the Spreadsheet method. Finally the validity of the method is also demonstrated using historical data of Nantong port. |
